Set up account settings and certifications

This article explains how to update your account details and view or download your certifications.

Update your account details

1. Open Account Settings from the sidebar.
2. In My Settings, open the Account tab.
3. Edit First Name, Last Name, Phone, Bio, or Language.
4. Click Save.

• The Language field supports English, Spanish, and Dutch. Selecting a language changes the interface immediately as a live preview, but the change is saved to your profile only after you click Save.
• The Bio field accepts up to 500 characters.
• Your Phone number is visible only to your legionella consultant and colleagues. It is not shown publicly.

View and download certifications

1. Open Account Settings from the sidebar.
2. In My Settings, open the Certifications tab.

Each certification is listed by its certificate type and number. A certificate saved without a number shows N/A in place of the number.

Open certification details

1. Click a certificate to open the Edit Certification panel.

Download a certification document

1. Click Download for the certificate you need.

If no certifications are on file, the Certifications tab shows an empty state with an Add Certification prompt.
