This article explains how to view completed tasks in BriqSafe to track job progress and review completed visits and jobs. It is intended for users who need to monitor job completion either at an individual or portfolio level.
NoteRequired role: Viewer
View Completed Jobs from the Web Home
Use the web home screen to quickly check how many jobs are completed today or tomorrow.
- Open My BriqSafe from the web home.
- Look at the progress indicator at the top of the left column showing completed versus total jobs.
- Toggle between Today and Tomorrow to switch which day’s jobs are displayed.
Note: If no jobs are scheduled for the day selected, the card will show No jobs scheduled for this day instead of a chart.
Check Job Progress in the Dashboard Job Summary Tab

The Job Summary tab in the Dashboard provides a portfolio-wide read on job progress with filtering and drill-down options.
- Open Dashboard from the main navigation.
- Select the Job Summary tab.
- Use the All Clients dropdown to filter by client if needed.
- Pick a period filter such as Last 30 days, This month, or This year.
- Review category cards under By Category and By Site to see job counts.
- Click a category card to drill down to activity type and then specific sites.
Note: Period filters apply only within the Job Summary tab. Filters reset when leaving the tab.
View Completed Jobs at a Specific Site
At the deepest drill-down level in Job Summary, you can see the individual jobs and job stats for a site.
- Drill down to a single site within the Job Summary tab.
- Review the job table showing columns: Asset, Due Date, Status, Result, Completed, and Assignee.
- Use sorting options to organize the jobs by compliance, alphabetical order, or other criteria.
- Switch between Performance and Results views to see either execution status or compliance outcome statistics.
- Read the stat cards for counts of Total Jobs, Completion Rate, Overdue, Open, Completed, Compliance Rate, Non-Compliant, and Followed Up.
- Use Back to Overview to return to the Dashboard summary.
Note: The individual job list and stat cards are only available at the site drill-down level.
Review Completed Visits and Jobs
Back-office reviewers verify completed visits and jobs to confirm recorded data before it feeds into reports and compliance history.
- Open the Location’s Visits or Jobs tab in the web app.
- Select the date of the visit or job you want to review.
- Open the completed visit or job.
- Inspect the recorded details such as activity type, job status (either COMPLETED or SKIPPED), measured readings, worker notes, and any photos attached.
Note: Jobs marked as SKIPPED cannot be changed to COMPLETED; you must schedule a new job for further work. There is no separate "Reviewed" status for jobs.
Use the Review Workspace for Visits
Reviewers can open a completed visit in a dedicated review workspace that provides a detailed floor-by-floor breakdown of job outcomes.
- Open Actions and select a completed visit requiring review.
- The header will show Review visit: followed by the visit name.
- View the floor-by-floor breakdown showing counts of jobs completed, unable-to-complete, and not completed, along with worker notes.
- Open a floor panel to see the Jobs done list.
- Toggle between List view and Floorplan view to examine jobs or assets.
- Select any job or asset to inspect detailed job information.
Notes:
- If no floorplan is uploaded for the location, the floorplan view shows No floorplan data available.
- Both list and floorplan views are the only options; there is no building-level view.
- The review workspace is accessible regardless of user role, but only users with Manager or above roles can complete reviews.
Complete a Visit Review and Generate Reports
After reviewing, managers or higher roles can complete the review and optionally generate the job report.
- In the review workspace, click the floating Complete Review and Report button.
- In the dialog, select a report preset or choose Without Report to complete without generating a report.
- Choose Complete and Send Report to queue the job report export and mark the review complete.
- Confirm when prompted.
Notes:
- Export is queued before marking review complete; failures may require a retry.
- Only owners, admins, and managers can complete reviews; other users see the button but cannot complete the action.
