- The locations map appears in the right column with markers for each site you can access.

Using the Compliance Dashboard
The compliance dashboard provides portfolio-wide analytics with three key tabs.

- You land on the Overview tab by default.
- Use the pill tabs to switch between Overview, Job Summary, and Site Information.
Reading the Overview Tab

Get a high-level snapshot of your portfolio.
- Review the four KPI cards: Total Clients, Total Sites, Completed RAs (year-to-date), and Days to Report.
- Below are portfolio widgets including Subscription Portfolio, Risk Assessments, Job Performance & Results, Technical Recommendations, RA Status Pipeline, and Job Execution.
Note: The Overview tab has no filters and reflects your full accessible portfolio. On the Job Performance & Results widget, two donuts show job execution status and compliance outcomes side by side.
Using Job Summary and Site Information Tabs

Drill into job progress and site-level compliance details.
- On Job Summary, use the client dropdown and the period preset filter to narrow the view (period options include last 30, 60, 90 days, this month, last month, this quarter, or this year).
- Explore category cards under By Category and By Site. Click a category to drill down to activity type and then site.
- At the per-site level, view the job table listing details like Asset, Due Date, Status, Result, Completed, and Assignee. Use the Performance/Results view toggle to switch metrics.
- On Site Information, review the Implementation Funnel and widget cards for Assets Summary, Tech Recommendations, Risk Assessments, and Jobs and Activities. Use the client filter to narrow results.
- Click chart segments in Site Information widgets to drill into filtered tables detailing the underlying data.
Note: The Job Summary tab is the only one with a period filter, while Site Information offers a client filter only. Filters do not persist between sessions. Dashboard figures reflect only data from your accessible sites.
